Combine chicken, salsa, corn, onion and taco seasoning in a crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Before serving, shred chicken with a fork.
Put tortilla on an oven tray or in a frypan.
On half, add chicken mixture then top with cheese.
Fold tortilla over and let it brown, when brown flip to other side.
Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
