Mad Butcher Glen Innes 5 x $100 Meat Pack Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Period: The Mad Butcher Glen Innes Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from 18th September 2023, 00:01 AM NZST, to 24th September 2023, 11:59 PM NZST (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:

  1. The Promotion is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 and above, except employees and immediate family members of Mad Butcher Glen Innes.
  2. Participants must have a valid Facebook account to enter.

How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

  1. Like the Mad Butcher Glen Innes Facebook page athttps://www.facebook.com/madbutchergleninnes
  2. Find the Promotion post on the Mad Butcher Glen Innes Facebook page.
  3. Tag one friend in the comments of the Promotion post.
  4. Share the Promotion post on their personal Facebook timeline.

Entry Rules:

  1. Each participant may enter the Promotion only once. Multiple entries will not be considered.
  2. Entries that do not comply with the entry requirements will be disqualified.
  3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Facebook’s terms of service.

Prizes:

  1. Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
  2. Each winner will receive a $100 meat pack from Mad Butcher Glen Innes.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  1. Winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries on 26th September 2023.
  2. Winners will be notified via Facebook message within 7 days of the drawing.
  3. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days or does not claim their prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity:

  1. By entering, participants consent to having their names and/or photographs used for promotional purposes by Mad Butcher Glen Innes without additional compensation.

General Conditions:

  1. Mad Butcher Glen Innes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason.
  2. Mad Butcher Glen Innes is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
  3. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Privacy:

  1. Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
