SHIPPING
We do our very best to deliver within the times given, but as we deliver ourselves or in some cases we courier with an independent company so please be aware these times can alter. If you have any issues with your order please contact us by email on mtroskill@madbutcher.co.nz
If for what ever reason we are unable to supply any product(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same or higher value or issue an immediate refund on the item.
Any bulk or corporate orders will be packed into boxes. If you have ordered meat boxes as a corporate or client gift and require these to be boxed individually, you must let us know prior to the time of fulfilment. Additional charges to cover extra packaging and freight may also apply.

RETURNS
Delivery
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at mtroskill@madbutcher.co.nz with your order number. You must notify Mad Butcher Mt Roskill via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Do not consume or dispose of items until you have heard back as we will need you to send photos of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
If Mad Butcher Mt Roskill asks you to ship back the goods, please ship the return package to the Mad Butcher store from which the order was sent – if unsure of the address this can be provided by calling 09 555 5799
Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit. We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back.
Click and Collect
Upon collecting your order, our staff members will ensure with you that all items are correct and in satisfactory condition before leaving the store premises. Once you have departed from the store with your order, returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated. Our team members will verify the contents of your order with you to ensure accuracy and quality before you leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
