SHIPPING

We do our very best to deliver within the times given, but as we deliver ourselves or in some cases we courier with an  independent company so please be aware these times can alter. If you have any issues with your order please contact us by email on takanini@madbutcher.co.nz.

Please ensure when selecting the delivery date for your order there will be someone at the address to accept the delivery. If no one is available to be present put clear instructions as to where the delivery is to be left. If neither of these are completed the delivery will be left outside the front door of the house at the address

If for what ever reason we are unable to supply any product(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same or higher value or issue an immediate refund on the item.

Any bulk or corporate orders will be packed into boxes. If you have ordered meat boxes as a corporate or client gift and require these to be boxed individually, you must let us know prior to the time of fulfilment. Additional charges to cover extra packaging and freight may also apply.

You can contact The Mad butcher Team anytime on email dadams@madbutcher.co.nz and we’ll aim to get back to within 90 minutes, between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm.

RETURNS

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at takanini@madbutcher.co.nz with your order number. You must notify Mad Butcher Takanini via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Do not consume or dispose of items until you have heard back as we will need you to send photos of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

If Mad Butcher Takanini asks you to ship back the goods, please ship the return package to the Mad Butcher store from which the order was sent – if unsure of the address this can be provided by calling 09 531 5910.

Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit. We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back.

The Mad Butcher is pleased to support the NZ Community with a HAND UP price for BBQ Sausages. All you need to do is pop into your local Mad Butcher Store let them know what you are fundraising for and they will be happy to supply the BBQ sausages to you.
